Trash Issue

Currently we have been thrown another wonderful gift from the Mayor.  The city council has made an official request for the Mayor to come and help make everyone understand not only what happened but what are we to do with additional garbage that is not taken.

I would like to know what kind of solutions you could offer the city.  I know people have already thought about dumping it at City Hall or his house but I would really like to hear what we could do to fix this error that we have to deal with.
