Bettencourt on WFNX

So Bettencourt is starting to get out there and promote Peabody. What are your thoughts on this? Do you think he could really be taking this city in a new direction or do you think he should not participate in these type of attempts of a little attention and stay in town and start to figure you the problems of the city.

    There was a song contest between the mayor of somerville and peabody. I guess this is a regular segment on the show. We got trounced....by somerville...

    I agree with og. What does Bettencourt going on a stupid radio show have to do with anything? This is the problem with you Twisted Tanner . We need a blog but this one is lame.

    maybe we are seeing a new type of mayor that is going out and promoting the city...hes been in office a couple of months and is already making an effort? What does it have to do with it? You guys are bafoons...townies...dulldrums....hence why your out here complaining....Need a new blog...Have you ever attempted at making one yourself? All your feedback is complaints with no meat. Why don't you get off the blog, we don't need you....

    U R missing the point Anon 3:13. The Twisted Tanner guy asked in this post if Ted going on the radio with some dumb DJ was taking away from the mayor's ability to "stay in town and start to figure out the problems of the city."

    All I'm saying is that Ted going on FNX is TOTALLY meaningless to anything when it comes to doing his job. Who cares? What Ted did was just for some fun. Why is TT asking us our opinion on something so meaningless?

    Blogs are not easy to run, but if you are going to have one that has some meaning, all I am suggesting is that you fill it up with topics people want to read and comment on.

    School budget is a great topic. Thanks TT for posting it. The Ted on the radio topic is just stupid.`

    Could it be that OG doesn't know how to take the site off the internet? It hasn't been used by him or anyone else since March 6th and 25th.
